During Initial calibration, Tachometer should be @ 2K, Speedometer at 60MPH, the 4 gauges on the right should be @ 0,9,E,160 respectively. And more than 2 lights should have been lit up.
During final calibration, all gauges where they should be, and all lights lit.

Typical Symptoms

  • Instrument Cluster has dead or sticky gauges.
  • Oil gauge giving wrong readings.
  • Speedometer Gauge is pegging out.
  • Speedometer Gauge is not working at all.
  • Tachometer has gone haywire.
  • Speedometer reads about half or even double your actual speed.
  • Digital odometer display is dim, dark, intermittent or flickers off and on.
  • Digital PRNDL display is dim, dark, intermittent or flickers off and on.
  • All gauges suddenly quit all at once.
  • Gauges all die then come back on, intermittenly.
  • Driver Information Center won't come on, dim or dark?
  • Any other gauge sticking, dead or just acting weird?

How Can We Fix it?!

Here are the easy steps to get you back up and running:

  1. Submit a Quote Request. If your cluster
  2. Remove and Pack your unit.
  3. Send it to us.
  4. We replace all of the stepper motors and backlights.
  5. Clean, Test, and calibrate your instrument cluster.
  6. Pack it and send it back to you.
